Job Summary
In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, this role involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating a calendar of person-centered dementia-friendly programs tailored to meet the specific needs of residents within the dementia care community. The goal is to provide meaningful and purposeful programs that enhance residents' quality of life, recognizing individual abilities and needs while encouraging independence and honoring residents' habits, routines, interests, and preferences.
