Job summary

12 Oaks Memory Care in St. George, Utah is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations for memory care residents under the direction of the Director of Resident Care.

You will train, supervise and schedule staff, coordinate services with dietary, maintenance and housekeeping, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensure staffing levels meet regulations, and support residents with structured daily activities.
