Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all direct care staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Act as manager on duty for day-to-day operations of the residence.
• Oversee resident services and ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Assist in social history assessments and development of life enrichment programs.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and disciplinary processes; participate in occupancy marketing to meet goals.
