Job summary

The Lodge At Pine Creek Memory Care is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality care for Memory Care residents under the Director of Resident Care.

You will train, supervise, and schedule staff; coordinate with dietary, maintenance and housekeeping; ensure compliance with regulations; and maintains a clean, inviting, and structured environment while documenting care accurately.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities, with composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Helps with management and daily operations of the memory care department.
• Provides resident care following established resident service objectives and standards.
• Helps manage and oversee staff.
• Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas.
• Communicates with residents, staff and families regarding treatment and care.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
