Bellbrook Memory Care in Rochester Hills, MI is hiring a Memory Care Nurse Assistant / Medication Technician. Full-time and part-time opportunities with evenings and 8-hour shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Nurse Assistant or Medication Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Compassion, patience and respect for resident dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia.
• Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, mobility, nutrition).
• Administer medications per physician orders and policies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote wellbeing and social connection.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Follow all safety, infection prevention, and security protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
