Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility in Rochester Hills, is hiring Care Assistants to join our teamwork-oriented unit focused on memory care and assisted living.

The roles cover afternoons 3pm-11pm, evenings and overnights 11pm-7am with every other weekend. Opportunities for full-time, part-time roles with 8-hour shifts are available. Training provided and career growth encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
• Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
