Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Ann Arbor, MI to support residents with daily activities and build trusting relationships. The role emphasizes empathy, presence, and contributing to a warm community environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to communicate in English, and physical capability to assist with daily activities and mobility. Training and a benefits package accompany PRN, on-site shifts at 2865 S Main St.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing/communication with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities
