Arbor Place Assisted Living in Rockville, MD seeks compassionate LPNs and RNs for PRN overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage in a 16-resident memory care setting. As the licensed nurse and shift lead, you’ll administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with caregivers and families to provide individualized care.

Qualificações

• Current, active Maryland LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with medication administration and direct nursing care.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment as the licensed nurse on duty.
• Strong communication and compassionate care with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the licensed nurse and shift lead during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers to ensure individualized care plans.
• Document medication, treatments, observations and incidents accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to support resident care.
• Maintain a safe, calm, resident-centered environment.
