The Reserve at Lake Austin is seeking a Memory Care Medication Technician to administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and support nursing staff. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compassionate care for seniors in a memory care setting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team. This on-site position offers a team-driven workplace and opportunities for growth within a respected senior living

Formación

• State-required Medication Technician (RMA/Med Tech) training and certification, where applicable.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in stressful situations.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Genuine compassion for older adults and concern for their well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with physician orders and state regulations.
• Measure and document vital signs and weight.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation.
• Follow medication room systems and safety procedures per policy.
• Coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and emergency protocols as needed.
• Supervise resident care team members to ensure completion of assigned duties when acting as shift lead.
