Job summary

Seven Hills Square seeks Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration in a Memory Care Community. This PRN role supports residents and care teams; participates in ensuring safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include positive resident interactions, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Requirements: State Approved Medication Aide, PCA or CNA certification, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• State-approved Medication Aide course completed.
• PCA or CNA certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, families and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Completes documentation in a clear, informative manner.
• Reports changes in a resident’s condition promptly to the supervisor.
• Supports infection control and safety procedures.
