Willowbrook Place Memory Care is seeking an experienced health services supervisor to oversee resident care and supervise the health services team. The role emphasizes safety, coordination with medical staff, and clear communication with families.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant geriatric care experience and Medication Technician Certification or state equivalent, plus First Aid/CPR certification.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical training.
• At least three years of experience, preferably in a geriatric setting.
• Must have Medication Technician Certification or State equivalent; First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of health services for residents and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents and compliance with safety programs.
• Coordinate with medical staff, family, and residents; provide information on residents’ conditions.
