Liberty Place Memory Care seeks a health services leader to oversee medical care delivery for residents and supervise staff to ensure safety and well-being. The role involves coordinating care, communicating with families, and supporting compliance with safety standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least three years of geriatric care experience, and certifications in First Aid and CPR; criminal record clearance is also required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of geriatric care experience.
• Equivalent training and experience acceptable.
• Certifications: First Aid and CPR; Medication Technician Certification or state equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses health and safety needs of residents; oversees medical care and medications.
• Supervises staff and ensures social model of assisted living is in operation.
• Acts as back-up to the director in their absence and liaises with doctors and residents.
• Prepares for state inspections and participates in annual strategic planning for resident services.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures safety protocols are followed.
• Schedules transportation and coordinates resident appointments as needed.
