Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Memory Care Medication Technician to safely administer medications, supervise self-administered meds, and provide personal care to residents in a 2:30PM-11:00PM shift. The role requires HS diploma or GED and preferred memory care experience.

Certification and basic computer skills are needed, with English proficiency for emergencies. Responsibilities include medication checks, inventory control, charting, and collaboration with the health team, ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ months of experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Safely administers medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Supervises self-administered medications in Memory Care per regulations.
• Counts and verifies narcotics with approved personnel; reports discrepancies.
• Orders medications when stock is low and notifies supervisor.
• Provides personal care and basic nursing care to residents; documents in daily log.
