Job summary

Mosaic Gardens at Surprise is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to support memory care residents with safe medication management and daily care. You will work closely with care teams to ensure dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include preparing, administering, and documenting medications, updating MARs, monitoring changes, assisting residents with daily activities, and providing emotional support with patience. A Med Tech certification is preferred, but heart and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification and/or memory care experience.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, administer, and document medications with attention and compassion.
• Ensure accurate, timely updates in the MAR.
• Monitor changes and communicate with the care team.
• Assist residents with daily activities with patience and respect.
• Observe changes in mood, behavior, or health and report to the team.
• Provide comfort and dignity during vulnerable moments.
