Job summary

Mosaic Management is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to support residents with medication management and daily care in a collaborative, resident-focused environment. The role involves preparing, administering, and documenting meds, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Med Tech certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow policies, document accurately, and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Medication Management & Documentation
• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in the MAR.
• Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed.
• Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room.
• Resident Care & Support
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director.
• Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
