Make a Difference Where Every Moment Matters
Are you someone who finds purpose in caring for others—especially those living with memory loss? Do you believe that even the smallest moments of kindness can bring comfort, dignity, and joy?
At Mosaic Gardens at Suprise, we don’t just provide care—we create a place where residents feel safe, valued, and seen. We’re looking for a compassionate Med Tech who will not only ensure safe medication management, but also help bring warmth, patience, and understanding to each resident’s day.
Safely prepare, administer, and document medications with attention and compassion
Ensure accurate, timely updates in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR)
Monitor changes and communicate clearly with the care team
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication environment
But beyond the tasks, you’ll be helping residents feel safe and cared for, even on their most confusing days.
Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility with patience and respect
Offer reassurance, gentle redirection, and emotional support
Observe changes in mood, behavior, or health and communicate with the team
Provide comfort and dignity during vulnerable moments
In memory care, it’s not just what you do—it’s how you make people feel.
A genuine passion for working with seniors, especially those with dementia or memory challenges
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach—even in difficult moments
Med Tech certification and experience (preferred, but we value heart just as much)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
A team-first mindset and clear communication
Flexibility to support residents when they need you most
