Job summary

Mosaic Gardens at Suprise seeks a compassionate Med Tech to ensure safe medication management and to bring warmth and understanding to residents living with memory loss.

In memory care, you will support daily activities, provide emotional comfort, and work with the care team to notice changes in health or mood, always prioritizing dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with seniors, especially those with dementia or memory challenges.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach—even in difficult moments.
• Med Tech certification and experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, administer, and document medications with attention and compassion.
• Ensure accurate, timely updates in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR).
• Monitor changes and communicate clearly with the care team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility with patience and respect.
• Offer reassurance, gentle redirection, and emotional support.
• Observe changes in mood, behavior, or health and communicate with the team.
• Provide comfort and dignity during vulnerable moments.

Your Role in Our Community

Medication Care with Heart

• Safely prepare, administer, and document medications with attention and compassion
