Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Med Tech for the NOC shift. The role administers and assists with medications per orders, supporting a respectful, safe living environment for residents. It requires CNA/HCA licensure, a medication pass certification, and solid English communication.

You will collaborate with the nursing team and families to maintain high care standards. Responsibilities include documentation, monitoring resident conditions, fulfilling ADL needs, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Must hold a medication pass certification per state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current First Aid and CPR Card.
• Maintains a Food Handler's card.
• Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• General computer literacy and knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Word.

Responsabilités

• Administers and/or assists with medications per physician orders and nursing practices.
• Document medications and treatments on the resident’s chart.
• Record narcotics and report medication errors immediately.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to Nursing Services and families.
• Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.
• Assist with ADLs and document care provided.
• Greet residents and visitors respectfully and protect confidentiality.
