The position requires completing duties under licensed nursing supervision, maintaining med carts, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Wages range from $19.70 to $25.70 per hour DOE, with benefits and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver and Medication Tech in Memory Care or Assisted Living.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to physician orders under RN supervision.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Record medications in the resident’s chart.
• Notify pharmacy or family when refills are needed.
• Maintain a clean medication cart and room.
• Monitor and report medication side effects.
