Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices.
• Experience with elderly residents, including Alzheimer's/dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

• Effective communication with staff, residents and families.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR, document PRN results and missed medications.
• Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians.
• Make a significant contribution to residents' quality of life by maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
