Allegro Winter Park is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to join the Memory Care team in Winter Park, FL. The role offers full-time and part-time openings on a rotating 2nd shift schedule (3:00pm–11:00pm and 11:00pm–7:00am) with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualified candidates will hold a Med Tech certificate, have memory care experience, and demonstrate meticulous documentation and reliability. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

• Valid Med Tech certificate — required.
• Prior memory care experience — required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Accurately administer medications per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident health and document changes promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams on resident well-being.
• Support a safe, structured environment for residents with memory impairment.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift staff to ensure care continuity.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and community standards for medication administration.
