Allegro Parkland in Parkland, FL is hiring PRN Med Techs for our Assisted Living neighborhood. Choose from 7AM–3PM and 3PM–11PM shifts to fit your schedule and earn competitive pay while supporting residents with daily medications and care.

Qualifications

• Florida 6-hour and 2-hour Med Tech certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• HHA or CNA certification a plus.
• Experience in an ALF or senior care setting preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation practices.
• Dependable and able to work independently on PRN shifts.
• Availability across 7AM–3PM and/or 3PM–11PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications per physician orders and resident care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and document observations promptly.
• Coordinate with nursing and care team on resident needs and medication-related concerns.
• Maintain medication records and cart documentation in compliance with standards.
• Support a safe, resident-centered environment during shifts.
• Follow regulatory requirements and infection control protocols.
