Job summary

Bella Vista in Oshkosh, WI is seeking compassionate Med Passers to join our Memory Care team. The role focuses on resident safety, comfort, and well-being, delivering personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in a warm, supportive environment.

Wages start at $17.00 per hour with a $1 differential for NOC shifts and a $2 differential for weekend shifts; benefits include health/dental/vision, vacation, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 yearly.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with compassionate approach to Memory Care residents.
• Ability to follow memory care policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in Memory Care.
• Record vital signs and document health information per policy.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and light housekeeping in Memory Care.
