Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, admissions, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and family-oriented approach.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple families at once.
• Proficient with basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets, Google).
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for tours or events if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours of the memory care home
• Build trust and rapport with families during the inquiry and decision process
• Coordinate and manage the move-in process from acceptance through resident arrival
• Maintain timely follow-up with leads and referral sources
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior advisors, and community partners
• Assist with marketing efforts such as events, outreach visits, and community presentations
• Track inquiries, tours, and move-ins using basic CRM or tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with leadership and care staff to ensure smooth transitions
