Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Manager of Memory Care who is an LPN or RN for a full-time role in our Mesa, AZ community. You will lead nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising team members, coordinating admissions, performing health assessments, and collaborating with physicians to implement non-pharmacologic strategies to support residents with dementia. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in directing/providing dementia care for seniors preferred.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and care plans; discuss changes with physicians; implement interventions to reduce falls; administer medications as needed.
• Coordinate the resident admission process with the community’s multidisciplinary team, including screening, assessment and care planning.
