You’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered leadership, oversee care plans, assessments, and regulatory compliance, and work closely with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional memory care.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing scheduling and budgets, and participating in on-duty rotations to support the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading memory care or senior living teams.
• Knowledge of dementia care and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Memory Care team with a resident-centered culture.
• Ensure compassionate, personalized care using dementia care best practices.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team for exceptional support and communication.
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Create a safe, engaging memory care environment with meaningful programming.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and recognize staff; promote accountability and growth.
• Manage department operations, scheduling, budgeting, and supplies.
• Support outreach, marketing, and occupancy goals; participate in on-duty rotation.
