Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Memory Care Manager to lead a dedicated neighborhood serving 36 residents. You will oversee daily operations, resident experience, and team performance while integrating best practices in dementia care.

As a compassionate leader, you will partner with families and colleagues to ensure safe, engaging, and home-like environments, supporting growth and delivery of high-quality care across memory care and neighboring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in long term care/assisted living required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in providing services for residents with cognitive impairment required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and resident experience of the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Lead a holistic, person-centered approach to assessment and care planning.
• Coordinate care and services with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Monitor engagement of activities for residents with cognitive impairment and participate in program development.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and facility policies.
