Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Memory Care Manager to lead a dedicated neighborhood of 36 residents, ensuring safe, compassionate, high-quality memory care. You will oversee daily operations, guide a team, and partner with families to create meaningful, home-like experiences for residents with cognitive impairment.

You will drive person-centered assessment and care planning, coordinate services across disciplines, and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in long term care/assisted living.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in providing services for residents with cognitive impairment.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and the aging process.
• Demonstration of progressive approaches to supporting and enhancing the quality of life for seniors with cognitive impairment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-residency assessments and screening of potential residents and making recommendations for appropriate Admissions.
• Evaluating the psychosocial and activity of daily living (ADL) needs of residents in Memory Care and coordinating care and services.
• Monitoring the engagement of activities for residents with cognitive impairment, as well as participating in program development and strategic planning.
• Leading a holistic, Person-Centered approach to assessment and care planning.
• Partner with other departments to develop support groups and educational programming opportunities for residents and family members in the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Supporting Independent Living and Post-Acute Social Workers to effectively transition residents between levels of care.
• Maintaining a working knowledge and ensures compliance of Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as facility policies regarding Memory Care.

Join our team as a Memory Care Manager and lead a dedicated neighborhood serving 36 residents, where your leadership, compassion, and expertise can make a meaningful difference every day.

In this rewarding leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and resident experience of the Memory Care neighborhood, while also supporting the integration of best practices in dementia and memory care throughout our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living neighborhoods.

You’ll build strong relationships with residents and their families while empowering and supporting your team to deliver exceptional care. You will play a key role in creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued, engaged, and truly at home.

The Memory Care Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of resident care, customer service, and quality, while addressing the psychosocial needs of residents and partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

How you will make an impact

Compensation: Salary range $85k-$95k with potential for annual bonus.

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in long term care/assisted living required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in providing services for residents with cognitive impairment required
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and the aging process, including the physical, psychological, and social needs of the elderly
• Demonstration of progressive approaches to supporting and enhancing the quality of life for seniors with cognitive impairment
