Job summary

Cascade Living Group’s Regency Park memory care community seeks a dedicated Memory Care Associate Wellness Director LPN in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on medication management, skilled nursing procedures, and resident-centered care in a memory care setting.

You will support personal care plans, supervise staff, and promote wellness through education and quality assurance. This is a full-time exempt position requiring weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Compassionate individual who represents our community positively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and monitoring medication care administration.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Monitor caregivers’ performance to assure quality care.
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
