Cascade Living Group is seeking an Associate Wellness Director (LPN) for Regency Park (Assisted Living and Memory Care) in Oregon. The role emphasizes medication management, resident care plan implementation, and staff training to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

You will work on a schedule that includes evenings/weekends, promoting health maintenance and disease prevention while upholding the company’s mission to foster wellness and purposeful living for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care.
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
