Job summary

Silverado Frederick is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the PM shift in Frederick, Maryland. Join a memory care leader dedicated to compassionate care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory impairments.

You’ll provide clinical support, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with residents, families, and physicians to maintain high-quality care. Excellent communication in English and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: experience in senior care or memory care settings.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
