Silverado Alexandria is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our memory care team. You will provide compassionate clinical support to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, assisting with daily living activities and documenting care with integrity.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to assist residents (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals/pets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
