Job summary

Silverado Franklin is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the NOC shift to provide compassionate clinical support to residents with memory impairments. You will collaborate with families and physicians, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain precise care records in a memory care setting.

The role requires an accredited Vocational Nursing program and an active LVN/LPN license, with preferred experience in memory care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Experience in senior or memory care preferred.
• Reliable transportation for attendance.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Physically able to perform mobility tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.
