Job summary

Skyline Heights Memory Care in Billings, MT seeks an experienced nursing leader to provide direct care and supervise nursing assistants on a daily basis. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards while coordinating resident care plans and quality assurance activities.

You will administer medications as ordered, maintain accurate charting, and lead staff through shift planning, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree (RN/LPN/LVN) from an accredited college or university.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistant supervision in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain Daily Census, discharge planning, and coordination with other departments.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Lead shift planning, staff training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
