Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active LPN or RN license in the State of Montana.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support while ensuring compliance with facility policies, healthcare regulations, and professional nursing standards.
• Supervise and coordinate resident care with CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide guidance, support, and clinical direction to nursing staff.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practices.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
