Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as per care plans.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Assess, record, and document resident health and concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
