Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our memory care teams on the 3rd shift. You will assist residents with daily activities, administer medications, and work closely with RA and CNA staff to maintain a high standard of compassionate care.

The role requires a caring, patient, and professional approach, with a commitment to dignity and Independence for residents.

Qualifications

• LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s specific care plan.
• Make resident safety needs a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.

Requirements
