Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for memory care, offering full time evening shifts. The successful candidate will monitor clients' needs and provide care under the direction of an RN while assisting in mentoring new staff.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in client conditions, administering medications, and supporting residents with dementia. Candidates must be licensed in Iowa and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• Registered and licensed with the State of Iowa as an LPN.
• Must have a minimum age of twenty-one (21).
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clients' needs under RN supervision.
• Initiate emergency treatment when necessary.
• Assist RN in mentoring new staff.
