You will provide compassionate clinical support for residents with memory impairment, monitor health, and document care while working in a team-focused environment.

The role requires an accredited VN program graduate with an active LVN/LPN license; experience in senior/memory care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in senior or memory care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability for attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.
