Silverado Hermann Park in Houston, TX seeks a Full Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver compassionate clinical care to residents with memory impairments. The role combines nursing skill with empathy, documentation accuracy, and teamwork in a memory care setting.

You will assess health needs, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents while coordinating with families and physicians. AM shift, 12-hour days, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in senior care or memory care preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.
