Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Bedford, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, home-like environment, with responsibilities including daily living activities and emotional support.

You will document care, communicate changes to staff, and engage residents in meaningful activities, using strong customer service to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PCA/HHA/LNA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
