Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role focuses on ADL support, documentation, and emotional engagement to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction.

Requirements include a valid CNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred, and experience with dementia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
