White Oak Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our nursing team in New Hampshire. You will provide high-quality care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, helping maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vitals, documenting care, and supporting the healthcare team. The role requires NH LNA licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, positioning, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and care documentation.
• Respond promptly to call lights with kindness and professionalism.
• Assist during mealtimes and monitor fluid/food intake.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe rooms and care areas.
• Support restorative nursing programs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Follow infection control, safety, confidentiality, and facility policies.
