Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver Life Skills experiences for residents, including those with memory loss. You will craft personalized activities, lead groups, and ensure daily engagement and documentation to support quality standards.

The role requires 1+ year work with memory-impaired seniors, a high school diploma, and strong communication. The position emphasizes meaningful moments, resident dignity, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
