Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to design and oversee Life Skills programs for residents, including those with memory loss. You will plan activities, organize groups, and coordinate staff to ensure enriching experiences that promote dignity and purpose.

In this role, you will adapt activities to cognitive abilities, document engagement, and help residents maintain meaningful routines in a supportive environment. Prior memory-care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to tailor activities to cognitive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs and profiles to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
