Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager for memory care to design and deliver personalized Life Skills experiences that bring purpose, routine, and dignity to residents with memory loss. You will lead engaging activities, coordinate groups, and tailor ISPs to resident needs.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, collaboration with staff and volunteers, and ensuring meaningful daily moments for seniors in our community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
• You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
