Job summary

The Kensington Falls Church is seeking a licensed LPN to supervise medication management and coordinate resident care under physician direction. You will help set nursing care standards and work with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality service.

Key duties include organizing med passes, maintaining med inventories, and documenting records. Flexible hours, weekends, and paid training are offered with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN and eligible to practice.
• Clear written and spoken English with strong communication.
• Minimum three years in a similar role, senior living or home-care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of health care regulations and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate medication management and nursing care.
• Assist in scheduling physician appointments and ensure orders are followed.
• Maintain accurate resident records and medication administration records.
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid/CPR if required.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
