Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide for part-time evening shifts (Mon-Fri 6pm-8:30pm). Earn $13-$15/hour with daily pay and join a team dedicated to engaging residents living with memory impairment.

The role focuses on cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being, and person-centered programming under Marquis Health Consulting Services' support. Candidates with CTRS PA certification and care experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active CTRS certification in PA is required.
• Prior recreation or activities experience in a nursing home or memory care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact with residents, families, staff, and community agencies.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide is responsible for developing and leading specialized programs that promote cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being, and resident-centered experiences.

Responsibilities for Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide:

• Coordinate and oversee the development of unit objectives, policies, and procedures for the Memory Care program.

• Prepare and present records and reports to the Executive Director regarding program budgets, progress, and goals.

• Conduct admission and discharge assessments and develop individualized plans of care.

• Develop and implement engaging daily programming designed to support residents’ cognitive, emotional, physical, and social well-being.

• Collaborate closely with staff, residents, and families to ensure open communication and personalized care experiences.

• Pursue continuing education in dementia care and related fields to enhance program quality and best practices.

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of compassionate caregivers to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

• Maintain a therapeutic, structured, and enriching environment that promotes dignity and quality of life for residents with memory impairment.

Qualifications for Memory Care Life Enrichment Aide:

• An active CTRS certification in the state of PA is required.

• Prior recreation or activities experience in a nursing home or Memory Care setting preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.

• Ability to communicate and interact tactfully with residents, family members, staff, visitors, government agencies, and the public.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for working with seniors and supporting individuals living with dementia and memory-related conditions.
