Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a part-time housekeeper for Canterbury Inn memory care in Longview, WA. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, assist with laundry, and support supply preparation.

Shifts run 6AM–2:30PM or 7AM–3:30PM, including weekends, with a pay range of $17.13–$18 per hour depending on experience. Eligible for standard health benefits for full-time; part-time benefits include dental and accident coverage, plus PTO, holidays, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings and doors.
• Use mop, broom, vacuum to clean floors and incidents.
• Stock bathrooms and perform laundry cycle.
• Discard trash and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely.
• Move furniture and prepare supplies as needed.
