Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common spaces.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
• Clean and stock bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Handle full laundry cycle for residential and commercial spaces.
• Dispose of trash, medical waste, and recyclables.
• Use and dispose of cleaning chemicals properly.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
